Attendance Expectations

Please know that all rehearsals and performances are mandatory unless otherwise indicated by the Concert Chorus Director or Training Chorus Manager.

Illness, a death in the family, and conflicts with school responsibilities are acceptable reasons for absences. Concert Chorus Singers may miss no more than 3 rehearsals in the Fall or 4 in the Spring to remain in good standing.

Excused absences must be made in writing via e-mail or writing to the Concert Chorus Manager or Training Chorus Manager. Habitual tardiness /leaving early are also seen as absences.
